Monitor New Zealand Limited is a subsidiary of Answer Services (NZ) Ltd which was established in 1964 and remains wholly New Zealand owned and operated.  A combination of excellence in service and state of the art equipment has made Answer Services a leader in the fields in which it operates.

In 1972 Answer Services pioneered the introduction of security alarm monitoring services in New Zealand and very quickly their brand became recognised nationwide as the leading alarm monitoring service provider.

Recognising the changes which have occurred in the market in recent times, Answer Services has taken the opportunity of establishing Monitor New Zealand Ltd to meet the needs of today’s discerning security buyer by providing innovative, professional alarm monitoring solutions to all sectors of the market.
